These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YStra DealHub platform at ystra.de. By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
YStra is operated by YS Global Trade Partners, a sole proprietorship registered in Hamburg, Germany (Trauns Allee 15, 22043 Hamburg, VAT: DE453760205). The platform facilitates introductions between European FMCG manufacturers ("Brands") and Gulf-based distributors ("Distributors").
YStra is a marketplace and introduction service. We are not a party to any distribution agreement reached between a Brand and a Distributor, nor are we responsible for the performance of any such agreement.
To access the platform, users must register and create an account. By registering, you confirm that:
YStra reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any application or account at our sole discretion.
Platform registration is free for all users. No subscription fees, listing fees, or upfront charges apply.
A success fee of 3% of every deal value is charged to the Brand when a distribution agreement, supply contract, or commercial partnership is signed between a matched Brand and Distributor. A reduced rate of 1% applies to every recurring deal with the same parties thereafter.
3-Month Binding Agreement & 6-Month Protection Clause: A 3-month binding agreement applies from the date of introduction. The commission applies to any deal signed between matched parties within 6 months of the original introduction, regardless of how the eventual agreement was concluded — including through third parties, renegotiation, or indirect contact.
The 3% commission is the sole responsibility of the Brand. Distributors pay no commission on deals.
Distributor Unlock Fees: Distributors may access full supplier profiles, contact details, and private deal rooms by paying a per-profile unlock fee. Unlock fees are non-refundable and grant access to the supplier's full profile and deal room for the duration of any resulting deal engagement.
Supplier Verification Subscription: Suppliers may optionally subscribe to a Verified Supplier plan (€49/month) or Elite Partner plan (€99/month) to receive a verification badge, priority search ranking, enhanced buyer matching, and additional platform features. Subscription fees are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Subscriptions do not affect or replace the standard success fee.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at the statutory German rate.
Before any introduction is made, both the Brand and Distributor must sign a digital Commission Agreement. This agreement:
Declining to sign the Commission Agreement means contact details will not be disclosed and no introduction will proceed.
Contact details of matched parties are withheld until both parties have signed the Commission Agreement. Users agree not to share, sell, or misuse contact information obtained through the platform for any purpose other than the matched business introduction.

YStra acts as an introduction platform only. We make no guarantees regarding:
Our total liability for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed €500. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg, Germany.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication first. Where direct resolution fails, mediation through the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce is the preferred route before court proceedings.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified by email.
